This shirt is not an oversized workout shirt. It fits more like a flexible compression workout shirt. I’ll still use it but it’s not as what it advertised and looks like. I was sent a “3XL” and it’s more like an L compression shirt. Too tight around the chest and arms but the stomach is plenty of room and the length is too short
