Good quality material, well made to fit size as per description.Having lost 35 pounds, I'm wary about ordering clothes online. I was 6' and weighed 225 pounds with a 40" waist. Now, I'm a fraction under 6', weigh 190 lbs and my waist is about 36-37. I used to buy XL shirts and expected them to fit well. Because I liked the way this shirt looked in the pictures, I ordered it, but this time I went for L. I only mentioned all this in the hope that it will help others in selecting shirt sizes online. Many shirts will list tables for S, M, L, XL etc with chest size and length and even sleeve length, but few provide any information about appropriate waist size. I don't mind for some shirts, but for trim-fitting polo shirts, I think waist size is important.The color choices for the shirt were limited, but I settled on the lighter blue. I checked the shirt when it arrived packaged in a plastic bag with a zip-lock style opening. It seemed well made with small precise stitching. No pocket, but I can live with that. The zipper and ring are heavy duty and perhaps weigh a little more than I would like. The label says made in China with fabric that is 95% cotton and 5% elastic (spandex-like?), and so there was "give" to slip it over my head easily. Next I tried the shirt fit. Excellent. The fit was trim but slightly loose rather than snug. The label also says to hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. I probably would not have ordered the shirt if I had noticed that information in the description. I don't do hand wash or delicate cycle any of my clothes much less polo shirts. However, I did not deduct any points because I overlooked the care and handling instructions.I do not recommend that others do what I did with the shirt because I violated the manufacturer's instructions and thus invalidated any warranty that the shirt has so that it cannot be returned.Because I liked the shirt, I decided to machine wash it in cold water and then machine dry with all my other clothes anyway. That way I could test the stitching and find out whether the fabric would shrink or fade. I tossed the shirt in with the rest of my laundry. When I pulled it from the dryer, the fabric still looked good as did the stitches. The color also seemed steadfast. The material may have become slightly softer. I tried the shirt on. I can't really judge whether it shrank because it still fit me quite well but was perhaps a bit snugger.In summary, I like this shirt and hope to get a lot of wear out of it, but at this point I don't know how well it will stand up to repeated machine wash and dry cycles. If you are willing to handwash and hang dry, I suspect you will get plenty of stylish wear from the shirt, but I'm not going to recommend that anyone imitate me and ignore the manufacturer's care instructions by tossing it into the machine to wash and dry. If I don't get several years wear from the product, that will be my fault, not the shirt's.Fit a bit snug for the size I got. Color blue is lovely, though.Nice for a casual event or just everyday wear.Soft fabric feel.I took off a star because it was way redER than I thought it would be. The shirt is well made. Looks night but I was thinking it would be more of a wine color.Pretty good quality shirt for the price with a spiffy design. I'm not a big fan of the keyring-looking hoop on the zipper, and as far as I can tell there's no way to remove it that would be worth the effort, but thankfully I don't find it too obtrusive.Overall this is a nice polo. It fits good and feels nice. But the big circle zipper pull is a little too muchThe quality of the fabric is substantial. The length is good and it's very comfortable. I don't usually buy shirts with zippers but I liked the way it looked and was surprised at both the comfort and the overall look of the shirt. After washing, I hung dry the shirt to avoid any shrinkage.Comfortable and fits perfectly!
