Great shirts. I bought the ones at a sale price so they were great value. Have used them for boating, cycling, gardening and just hanging out. Seem very sun (UV) resistant and good quality. Very happy with this shirt. Will buy more.Works great in pool on clear sunny daysUPDATE (2022): Have I mentioned how much these shirts are exactly what I needed? I've been wearing almost exclusively these shirts all summer long for a couple years now and just love them. They've held together nicely, the fabric is nice enough I can wear them to work, and there are lots of deep, beautiful colors so I don't get too bored. One thing I did notice over time is that the pits can hold on to stains and odors, but when I sweat significantly in them, I just spray the pits with Shout before I put them in the hamper and that has worked perfectly fine. Still stand by my original review, although I've been tumble drying them with no noticable affects to their construction or sun protection effectivity.---I was looking for UPF shirts that were loose, long enough, and big enough I could wear over tees/tanks/swimsuits if necessary. These fit how I wanted - long enough to cover my butt, sleeves that are long enough (very rare in women's clothes, hence purchasing a men's shirt), but a neckline that is still high/small enough on the front and back to protect my entire shoulders/chest from sun (also rare in women's clothes). These are nice for that, and I like them enough I bought 3!Pros:- extremely lightweight material- fits how I wanted- cheap price- when you wear the hood and the wind blows, the hood catches the wind and sends it down your sweaty back and it is wonderfulCons:- description lies; tag says content is 100% polyester- drip dry, I imagine because tumble dry will mess up the upf protection?- some small spots where stitching was sloppy- thumb holes are a little high for long-term comfortLightweight and comfortable. Great outdoor protection from the sun.Keeps you cool and sunburn free during outdoor activities!I generally can wear a large shirt for a looser fit or m for a slimmer (not tight) fit. I purchased about 6 of these shirts in XL based on reviews just to make sure they would be big enough. The two camo shirts I bought definitely fit smaller than the solid colors, I preferred the fit of the camo shirts. I would say the XL camo shirts fit me like a Large. The XL solid color shirts actually fit like an XL or something between L and XL. As a result of them being bigger, the thumb holes in the XL shirts were more useful but really still not comfortable if you have to reach much. Completely unusable on the camo shirts. I would say not to buy them if you really want to use the thumb holes. Logo comes off after months with repeated wash and dry but that doesn't really matter. I think I'll pick up some solid color shirts now, but I'm definitely going to order them in large this time.Originally ordered an XL, as I'm an XL for the most part with shirts/tops.These run way small. The XL felt like a extra tight Rash Guard. Sent back and ordered a 3XL.Great fit. Not rash Guard tight and not overly billowy. So a 3XL is actually a good XL, for me. If you want 'rash guard' order your exact size, if you want a shirt, order at least 1 to 2 sizes larger.Material feels better than most off-brand material used for non-name brand sun shirts.The hoodie. Laughable. Even at 3 xl, it's a small hood that barely makes it to your forehead. So if your buying this for 'hoodie style' but not really to use the hood, it's great. If you want to use the hood you better have a tiny head.Overall for the spend a really good lightweight sun shirt.Wore one for several days of day hikes in the Sierras. Washed the shirt every evening and it was dry by morning.Only complaint is the finger holes are awkward making them useless.Reflector is a nice touch.
